Really? I just read the product page and it generally looks useful. It puts the context where the work is being done and reduces the need to go back and forth between GitHub and jira. The only immediate negative I see is that it encourages becoming a ticket factory.
I have a sneaking suspicion this is going to make a lot of developers lives a lot more miserable.
