This seems like pretty huge news. The court has decided that smart contracts are, in fact, ownerless. Is this a new class if thing?
Are there other things in the legal system which are unable to be owned?
Yeah sure. Who owns the bytes in /dev/urandom? Who owns the exhaust coming out of your car? Who owns the air you breath?
