Ugh. I was thinking to re-join as there was content I was interested in viewing, namely “part 3” of Squid Game when it comes out. Not now, I’ll just torrent it.
As much as I hate to say it, it makes good business sense. I believe they gained many users not long ago and will likely lose them anyway. I for one never really found much to watch and use it as a 'find anything to fill downtime' when I'm too tired to interactively consume internet/youtube etc. May as well collect some extra profit while losing said users. The only thing that could have made more sense is smaller $1 price increases to keep the lazy longer.
