Wow. This is the most damning story I've read about DOGE. It takes every "worst case" presumption from all the other stories, and either confirms them outright, or presents strong evidence for them otherwise. From illegal exfiltration of data, to seriously compromised security, even the Russian spies get a shout out.
The failures of this administration are only surpassed by the malicious intent of those working to strip away protections for citizens and the environment.

Ignoring the whole Russian IP stuff, this is still very concerning:
