I’m sure all the people who were concerned about “death panels” will be outraged. Any moment now.
Hopefully someone with more brains (and legal experience) than me FOIA requests the prompts. Might make a good avenue for disputing the validity of the rejections in court...
At this point why are we even pretending?
...just get rid of the program or officially change the rules to deny more people.
