I built it because every time I Googled “Can I afford a $300k house on $60k salary?” — I got:
Pushy mortgage lenders Sites that wanted my email Clunky bank calculators So I built the tool I wanted.
Built on GitHub Pages (can’t afford a domain yet). Hosted for free. Open to feedback.
