Pretty good article, I wish there were some trick to getting more maintainers. I've been working daily on an Open Source application that became pretty big. So far, I've only gotten one full time maintainer besides myself. Many have come and gone, but most come to work on ad-hoc ideas versus helping me develop my vision.
