Adding to the "Ask HN: Who is hiring?" thread suggestion, there's also "Ask HN: Freelancer? Seeking freelancer?".

2. Demonstrate the legitimacy of your company and ability to pay a full-time salary consistently on time.
"Who is hiring" threads might be helpful, as others have said.
