As a Pythonista (who never got into Ruby in the first place), I love the wry humor of this... :-)
Though one recommendation: I'd start everyone with `uv` now, for Python env, instead of `pyenv` etc...
This is hilarious, I love it.
And the advice looks pretty decent at first glance too.
