However, I feel we as software people---executive, product, design, engineering, the whole nine yards---ought to think systematically in terms of Software Debt, as software organisations.

However, I feel we as software people---executive, product, design, engineering, the whole nine yards---ought to think systematically in terms of Software Debt, as software organisations.
No more "technical" debt, as in "bad code" debt.
