I just finished rereading Lonesome Dove, again. Don't let the western theme fool you. It's quite possibly one of the best novels ever written. Every word, every character, every like of dialogue is crafted to perfection. It will leave you with a book hangover like nothing else.
I came across it from a post/comments on Twitter and people were proposing that a character from the book resembles one of our current Billionaires who does car, space, social media things among others.

I’ve heard this is great, just put a hold in. Thanks!
“The Forest Unseen” by David George Haskell. If you’re not already blown away by nature’s creativity and complexity, you will be if you read this.
Recently finished childhood’s end and the end of eternity, enjoyed both. Just started the big time… it’s odd so far lol we’ll see.
Edit: also reading empire of AI. It’s insightful but not as fun of a read.
I've had End of Eternity on my mind for a lot time but kept forgetting about it. Thank you for the reminder. I just put in an order for it.
I've been reading Mordew by Alex Pheby. It's an interesting story, but I don't think I'll continue to the sequel.
Walden, by Henry David Thoreau
Exhausting.
